Magkaiba po kasi yung ginagamit pag gusto mo mag gain ng muscle at magbawas ng fats, protein shake ay para sa pagbuild at pagrepair ng muscle tissues. Maraming types ang protein shakes (whey,casey etc.) at yung sinasabi mo naman supplements is yun yung mga amino for example etc. Mas mabuti magkonsult ka experts hehe depende kasi yan sa built at program mo pero kung home workout kalang pwede ka naman naman uminom ng protein shakes lalo na kung madalas sumakit katawan mo para mabilis yung recovery mo. At dun naman sa pampabawas ng fat hindi ako maalam kasi mas maganda you lose body fats by exercising or working out pero ang alam ko sa mga gym may supplements sila para jan or yung tea na pampatae ba yun. Just always remember to rest,eat clean and workout yun lang
 
kahit wala nmn mga ganyan basta sipagan mo lang mag gym. gaganda nmn katawan mo. ung mga nag tatake tlga ng mga protein shake ung gusto nila maging si the rock o kaya brock lesnar
