Hi po sa inyo!

nagwowork out po ako kaso minsan lang pero sa minsan na 'yon, intense naman kahit papaano. ngayon po ang concern ko is that hindi po pantay ang bòò†ÿ ko. sa left part po, maumbok talaga and malaki and sa right side hindi po. sobrang conscious po talaga ako kasi ang daming pumupuna. any home or DIY workout routine po or anything?
