Hindi awtomatikong mahihinto ang impeachment trial kahit maglabas ng temporary restraining order (TRO) ang Korte Suprema, ayon kay Atty. Regie Tongol.
Paliwanag ni Tongol, kailangan pa ring pagbotohan ng Senado ang magiging tugon nito sakaling magpalabas ng TRO ang Korte Suprema kaugnay ng impeachment trial.
