May mga tao talaga na mabilis ang metabolism. Gawin mo 5 to 6x a day ka kumain. Maliban sa 3 main meal dapat meron kang in between. Ang ginawa ko nun mga in between meals ko heavy rin. pero usually consist sya ng banana at eggs. Kung gusto mo lumaki katawan mo habang ng gagain sabayan mo ng workout.
