Mga kaPH sa mga nakakuha na ng premium account on Magicsing app and was already logged in and was facing technicality like, bumabalik sa TRIAL MODE. This is normal based from my experience. Troubleshooting steps you should follow are listed below.
1. Check your Internet connection
*Try to visit a website or watch YouTube videos, if this one works it means you have a working internet connection. And yet, Trial mode parin. Proceed ka sa step 2
2. Check mo 'yong email add na nailog in sa Magicsing karaoke app mo. You must be seen the premium account na binigay ko sayo or yong binigay ni boss DarJack0530.
If steps 1 and 2 are not working...proceed ka sa step 3
3. Inform me or boss DarJack0530 so that we can give you a new premium account.
I'm confident na yong steps 1 and 2 ay magwowork, just READ and FOLLOW instructions carefully and properly.
