❓ Help How to set up wimax wifi speed/bandwith limit?

Hi guys! I just want to ask how to set up the speed or the bandwith limit of WiFi using Wimax modem? For example: I want the speed limit of 100kbps per sec for my WiFi and the rest is for my PC. Can somebody help me how to set up this? Thanks!
