ewan ko eh. wala akong maisip sa ngayon. pagod lang sguro ako kagabi.
kinain ka na ng sistema
eat - sleep - work.
panahon na para mag resign, de joke hahaha.
magpahinga ka din. magtravel ganun.
love yourself hindi yung puro problema lang.

babalikan mo din naman yang problema na yan after all.😇

sguro nga kinain na ng sistema. Oo nga need ko mag unwind. parang napagod lang ako.
 
I'm just running out of words with my own self. I could've know my self. Or maybe I will never find myself. Don't know. but as of the moment my mind is floating. My head is aching. Need to take med nalang sguro. Thanks anyway. with those lenghthy words. Your kindly gesture is deeply appreciated
If u cant point out wats wrong specifically then mahihirapan ka iaddress mga un.. iisa lang katawan mo at you cant face everything at the same time.

Parang kung madame ka dala dala na mabigat, isipin mo alin lang dun ang worth it na icarry..ung iba let go the weight. Kung pagsasabay sabayin mo yan it will just wear u down and u will end up tired and unable to accomplish anything.

Kung friends or family yan..distant urself muna from them.

Kung work, have some time off.

Kung partner mo, do the same.

Kung pera..uhhm... Wala ako mapapautang sau eh..hahahaha

Di mo marerealize kung alin ang need mo unahin iaddress kung lahat yan sabay sabay mo haharapin.

Take time for urself. Mag gym ka., Travel, mag skydiving ka sa north..cliffdiving sa batangas...

Magkakaen ka...

Inum ka if u wanna just to numb or atleast marelax mind mo at maybe then makakapag isip ka clearly.

Alala ko friend ko..pag stress yun rant ng rant..wanna daw nea unwind..travel..sabi ko go lang . Tas msstress din sa paghahanap kung san.. masstress sa pagbook at pagssched...tapos babalik ulit sa isipin bout sa maiiwan neang work.hahahaha...

Ako pag stress, either i go home without telling anyone tas sleep sa bahay lang . Or i drive around kung san san within the city or ktabing places..tambay sa cofi shop or drink a beer or two..yosi yosi ..minsan napunta ako sa mga tindahan ng halaman and i buy small cactus plants... And recently i bought na 4 diffrent cactus na which i think is mejo napapadalas na....humahaba ng ung line ng pots ko eh .. hahahahaha...
 
Hindi ka malas, sa katunayan sa ating dalawa ako yun. Pero oo marami kase differences ang mga tao. Minsan na buburst nila feelings nila. yung iba naman nakakaburst sila. Pero kahit anong mangyari wala naman tayong magawa kase yun lang kaya natin magawa. yun lang tayo ka capable. Yung mga ganung bagay?

nope ako talaga yun e... di kaw! kasi kaw nagagawa mo lahat kaya mo basta lahat lahat... siguro nasasabi mu yan kasi may pinagdadaanan ka lang pero pag balik baliktarin natin ang mundo mundo pa rin siya pangit naman kung odnum diba! hahahaha kaya nga an irap irap an taket taket friend talaga... ays

I really suggest na magunwind ka ts. Find yourself I guess? Iba iba naman tayo ng way to cope up sa negative thoughts natin e lahat siguro tayo dumaan sa ganyang phase. Noon, I really thought I am suffering from depression then after sometime I don't feel that way na, minsan bumabalik di ko alam ano nagtitrigger pero may mga pagkakataon talaga ata na may mararamdaman ka na ganyan and it's up to you kung papakalunod ka or you'll find a way to take it off your mind (idk for you but for me I escape that thoughts by making myself busy sa ibang bagay yung mga ineenjoy kong gawin palagi kong ginagawa until I realize ay másáráp pala mabuhay talaga. also I'm always thinking about my loved ones ayoko silang malungkot kaya kailangan kong magpakatatag.
