🔒 Closed iMessage

I can't activate my iMessage without sim. Activation error occurs, and continually prompts that apple ID doesn't match or wrong daw yung password, kahit tama naman lahat. Can anyone help me?
PS: if you'll just suggest to plug a sim, then wag ka na lang magcomment.
