Do what you must. Your happiness should not depend on people around you. You can always find ways to have fun. Burst out your anger, let go of you anger. don't kept your anger, let them out it's not healthy. Why try to pray to God and ask Him to remove that kind of feeling that you have right now? Pray for the people who hurt you. and Pray that God will heal your anger.

yess po super stressed ako sa buhay namin kapag stressful ka madali maginit ang ulo mo, iritable agad kahit konting bagay lang. exercise an

yes po,, kung nahihiya ka manalangin exercise ka nalang,, tingin ko kasi stress ka.. madali lang labanan ang stress basic exercise tapos sapat na pahinga.. gagaan ang pakiramdam mo..

Then if you CAN'T do that. Then it's your choice. People around here just helping and just giving you an advises. It's not us who can make a change in your life. It's only you babe. There is only you! so that means our advices here would be useless if you would not take it? Tsk
