may napanood ako sa youtube na set of parang instructions kung pano makatulog ng maayos kahit papano
like keeping your room na medyo malamig drinking milk and others.

O kaya the best alak hahaha


Simula nag pa check up at therapy lola ko di na ako nakakatulog ng maayos pero nung nag inom kami **** 16hrs tulog ko
