my facebook account was disabled last october 17, and it was stated na permanent na yung disablement. ang nakalagay din is wala na raw akong attempts to request another review. however, what i did was avail the meta verified trial para makapag-file ako ng support case regarding my disabled account.
up until now, wala pa rin akong narereceive na response or any update from them. the status of my case is still on "received" and wala talagang nagbabago ever since i submitted it. i was actually expecting na at least may magrereply or someone would look into my concern since i used meta verified to contact their support team.
i also already had the chance to talk to a live agent regarding my concern, but it seems like there's nothing much they can do on their end either. they weren't able to give me any clear update about my case or provide any assurance kung kailan magkakaroon ng progress. parang ang nangyayari is i just have to wait for an update, even though my case has been sitting on "received" since the day i filed it.
it's been days already, pero hanggang ngayon wala pa ring progress. hindi ko rin alam kung may nagha-handle na ba talaga ng case ko or if i just have to wait until they respond. i understand naman na these things take time, but it's frustrating na wala kang idea kung may mangyayari pa ba or kung may chance pa bang ma-review yung account mo.
may naka-experience na ba dito ng same situation? yung permanently disabled yung facebook account, then nag-avail ng meta verified trial just to contact support and file a case? how long did you wait bago sila nag-respond? and did your case also stay on "received" for a long time before magkaroon ng update?
i would really appreciate it if you could share your experience or any advice kung ano pa ang pwedeng gawin sa ganitong situation. hoping na may makatulong or makapag-share ng experience nila. thank you, mga paps!
