Hi guys, medyo weird itong itatanong ko baka may alam kayong mix na pwede kong inumin para mag tae hirap kasi pag constipated pls yung subok nio na thanks.
 
+1 para sa papaya, pero para sakin the best salabat (pinakuluang luya ) + slice ng lemon, first thing to drink every morning habang walang laman ang tyan. Healthy na másáráp pa haha.. Heavy drinker ako dati ng coffee nag switch ako jan mas okay para sakin + nakakaliit pa ng tyan ;), suggestion ko lang yan, feel free to disregard ;)
 
Walking po, for good digestion.Drink plenty of water lalo pagkagising sa umaga.Eat fiber rich fruits like papaya, pears, grapes...o kaya kain ka po ng mga ginataan.
