May error po akong naeencounter pag nagiinstall ng microsoft office 2010 sa bagong bili ko po na acer laptop windows 10 po yung os. Error 1920 po yung nakalagay tapos di raw makainstall at may sinasabi po siyang office "software protection platform is unable to start. Verify that you have the priviledge to start system process". Panu po ba to mafix para mainstall yung microsoft office. Sana po may tumulong. Salamat po.

try mo itong fix na ito

In Windows Explorer:

Right Click on the folder OfficeSoftwareProtection Platform from C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared and Microsoft from Crogram data(hidden folder) Properties > Security > Edit > Add > Type Network Service > OK > Check the Full control box > Apply and OK.

In Registry Editor (regedit.exe):

Go to HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\AppID registry >Right Click on the folder > Permissions > Add > TypeNETWORK SERVICE > OK > Check Full Control > Apply > OK
