Yes to federalism, pag hindi napatupad we should resort to a civil war then cut all ties to the international community and UN tapos revolutionary government imposing isolation and purges especially sa mga well known families and oligarchs bibigyan ng public trials and executions then each succeeding regions/states will govern their own territories, limit the market to a few selected, elect dictators like in ancient rome to create a figurehead of each united or allied state/region in the three main islands, ituloy ang purging laban sa suspected communist. Gayahin ang Napoleonic France, pucha ewan ko na lng, ang likot ng imahinasyon ko hahaha...

MANILA - President Rodrigo Duterte has ordered a probe into the alleged anomalies in Philhealth, including the supposedly excessive expenses on trips and hotel accommodations of its officer-in-charge, Celestina Ma. Jude Dela Serna.

“Well, alam ko po iimbestigahan din po iyan ng Presidente ‘no. Dahil prayoridad po talaga ng Presidente na magbigay nung universal health care at talagang kung hindi po malilinis ang hanay ng PhilHealth, hindi po magkakatuparan itong universal health care,” Presidential Spokesperson Harry Roque said in a Palace press briefing.

(I know that the President is investigating this. It is the President's priority to provide universal healthcare and if the ranks of PhilHealth is not clean, this would not come into fruition.)

“So ito lang po ang maipapangako ko po: Talagang bibigyan po ng importansiya paglilinis sa hanay ng PhilHealth.”

(This is what I can promise: The cleaning of PhilHealth ranks will be given importance.)

The Commission on Audit earlier questioned Dela Serna’s P627,000 travel expenses to and from Tagbilaran and Manila. This included plane fares, terminal fees, and hotel and lodging accommodations.

Dela Serna explained that PhilHealth does not have an apartment for its officers in Manila so she has to be billeted at a hotel when she visits.

She also appealed for President Duterte to hear her side on the issue.

On Dela Serna’s request, Roque said: “The matter will be - I think like all controversies - investigated and everyone will be heard.”

Aside from Dela Serna’s trips, the Philhealth workers’ union has also reportedly complained of îllégâl termination and deduction of agency fees from the collective negotiation agreement incentive of rank-and-file employees.
