🔒 Closed Powerpoint for android

Hi there.
I don't know what happen with my Samsung Galaxy S9. Whenever I open the .pptx file with the help of Microsoft PowerPoint for Android an error message pops out saying that it is not able to start correctly. How to overcome this? I am hoping someone in this community could provide me with some answers.

Kung updated ms powerpoint mo sa android at naka sign in ka (mas recommended na online ka while using it for updates) we can say that its the file that has the problem.

Try restarting your phone or clear data cache of your powerpoint app

Use an alternative app such as WPS Office (Recommended) , MobiSuite or Google Slides, and will open the file for you.
