RECEPTION OR USE OF ANY SIGNAL OR
SERVICE OVER A CABLE TELEVISION
SYSTEM OR CABLE INTERNET SYSTEM
AND/OR NETWORK, AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.

PRESIDENT Aquino has signed the Anti-
Cable and Cable Internet Tapping Act of
2013 which penalizes the îllégâl tapping of
television cable and internet connection
with imprisonment of two to five years, and
a fine of P50,000 to P100,000, deputy
presidential spokeswoman Abigail Valte
said yesterday.
Different networks are now preparing a
case for those person who are involved in
häçking including who started globe and
smart bugging tools. In a newspaper
column a website administrator are also
being held liable other than end users for
granting such permission of posting îllégâl
ways of connection. Network Trackers Have
found almost 30 website's liable for a crime
and a case will be filed this coming July
2013.
