If this is your remote proxy, try to change your port into 8080 or 3128.. And make sure that your remote proxy location matches with the location of your ssh account

i live in iran
i find a lot of ip that ping with 0 charg
for example:
92.42.50.4
92.42.50.5
92.42.50.6
92.42.50.7
92.42.50.8

this ip open 80 port
but i get (400 bad Requset error) for port 80
