18yrs old and skinny asf i want to gain weight malakas ako kumain pero madalas puyat i want to have a fit body gusto ko magkaroon ng athletic na katawan. ano bang dapat ko gawin para mag gain ako ng weight para maging fit and body ko magkaroon ng defined muscles at solid abs. pano ko cocontrol or malalaman yung calories na kinakain ko everyday please i really need suggestions
 
Ayus yan repa may goal ka na off to a good start. Simula ka repa sa cardio jog/bike/ cardio exercises kasi build up ka muna ng endurance at strength before ka magsimula maggym. Syempre eat and rest healthy. Try to research kasi iba iba rin, hanap ka kung ano hiyang sayong food at exercises. Pwede mo itry body weight exercises or rekta ka sa gym with instructor para may program ka at makikita mo rin progress mo. La naman talagang secret kundi ang healthy lifestyle, goodluck repa:)
