Try mo dito be sure may unlock attemp pa dongle mo. paste mo dito ime mo. then copy mo yung new and old nck code. back read ka sa thread nato download mo yun cardlock tool. dun mo paste yun nck code. try mo muna yun old bago yun new nck code

No it doesn't mean unlock na dongle mo free net kana. Unlock lang yan sa lahat ng network provider.
