"How To Use Pgware Throttle?
After you have downloaded the program and installed it on PC, follow these steps to increase your internet speed.
-Choose your operating system and your Internet Type. In my case it is Windows 7 and Cable | DSL | Wi-Fi. In speed setting tab, make it maximum boost. After that click on ‘Optimize Now’ button.
-This will start the optimization process of your internet connection. It will take few seconds. A window will popup to show you the status of the optimization.
-After the optimization process is finished, a window will appear to ask you to restart the computer in order to apply the settings to the modem. Click yes.
-Once you have restarted your PC, check the internet speed. You will feel an improvement. However, if you face some difficulties with the new settings, you can easily restore the old settings. Just open Pgware Throttle and click on restore. It will confirm if you wish to restore the original settings, click OK.
Note: this program will only work if there is a space of improvement in your internet connection settings. It cannot improve speed that is provided by ISP." - whitec0de.com
