Diba hindi na nagwowork ang shadowsocks dito sa Pilipinas. halimbawa, kung papalitan mo location ng phone mo, magwowork ba uun?

malalaman pa rin ng telco kung nasaan ka. like for example. e set mo ang sim mo into roaming. hindi mag-a-activate yun unless hindi ka pa nakarating sa lugar na na-set mo. i tried to change my location and check if its already active pero di pa rin. (meaning they can monitor if you're still here in the Philippines or not.)
