👨‍🏫 Tutorial Minimum time between new thread, conversation & post

Users will have to wait this many seconds or minutes between posting a thread, having a conversation, and posting a reply.
Limits the number of threads or posts a user can make in a predefined amount of time.

• Minimum time between discussions (threads and direct messages):
  1 per 5 minutes
  
  
• Minimum time between messages
  1 per 20 seconds

limit the post
5post per day for non establish
10post per day for established.

kasi yung bagong post madaling mawala kung walang limit sir Draft

mahirap ang ganyan. pano ang mga taong busy.. i think 20 posts in 7days is enough.
