If you open your PC and you become victim of Malware maybe it's a solution

First Step -

Off your PC then turn on and press F8 and Select Advance Boot Option

Second Step -

Select " Safe Mode w/ Command Prompt " and press Enter

Third Step -

After boot up when the Command Prompt open type " cd restore " and press Enter

Fourth Step -

type " rstrui.exe " and Press Enter

Fifth Step -

When System Restore Pop-ups choose your HDD you want to fix and click NEXT

and Next after the System restore starts to fix
