I'm also from Ghana using the Busy Modem.. I unlocked it using usher105 firmware he posted..

For those who want to unlock their M028T and are having signal issues please check this firmware from usher105 , it might work for you. I flashed it on my Busy Ghana Mifi and it's working alright.

Thanks svlleyy. You saved a life. It worked. Only problem is network is stuck on 3G. I'm on MTN and was hoping to switch to 4G.
