Hi everyone. This is my own project — sharing it here for feedback.
Hosting videoke at home always has the same problems: one person hogs the remote, someone has to type song numbers, and renting a machine costs more than the food. So I built Micly, a karaoke web app that runs in the browser. No installer, no setup.
How it works
What's in it
Web version is live now. The Android app is pending production on the Play Store and should go live in the next few days.
Free to try. If you hit a bug or want a feature added, drop it in the thread — I read everything. Thanks!

How it works
- Host — open it on your TV or laptop. You get a room code and QR right away.
- Join — guests scan the QR or enter the code, and their own phone becomes the remote. They search, queue, pause, and skip themselves.
- Solo — no room, no code. Queue and controls all on one screen.
What's in it
- Song search and queue with lyrics on the big screen
- OPM, English, and K-Pop filters plus per-country trending charts
- Crowd Hype live reactions and an optional Score mode
- Waiting room — guests can queue while you wait, and nothing plays until the host starts
- Works on TV, laptop, tablet, and phone
