Hindi kailangan ang pisikal na presensya ni Vice President Sara Duterte sa mga pagdinig ng impeachment trial laban sa kanya.
Ayon kay Senate impeachment court spokesperson Atty. Regie Tongol, maaaring magpatuloy ang paglilitis kahit wala ang bise presidente, alinsunod sa mga itinakdang alituntunin ng impeachment court.
