Tapos kukunsintihin at ipagtatanggol pa siya ng mga DDS dahil sa kasong kinakaharap niya ngayon. Patawa talaga.

Ang diko lang makuha dito is ang biggest issue sa pilipinas ngayon is the flood control and Sara, pero nakuha pa nilang atakehin ibang senator just because of a gift for his campaign? lahat namn ng senator nakakatanggap ng funds for the campaign bat binibigdeal nila yan pero flood control hindi
Maraming issue sa bansa natin, hindi porket isang issue lang palagi yung nababanggit eh hindi na rin babalewalain yung ibang issue. Lahat ng issue aatakihin at kailangan malaman ng bawat pilipino. Flood control, sara duterte impeachment, duterte icc, senators na may kaso, west philippine sea etc. lahat!
Eh di nga nila ma solved yung biggest issue tas dadagdagan nila? Para lang silang nag aaksaya ng oras stuck parin ang Philippines, imagine nag focus sila sa Flood Control and naibalik mga ninakaw edi sana umaandar ang pilipinas. Pero wala nagfocus sila sa pag aaway and sinusuportahan niyo yun.
Pwede naman sila mag focus sa flood control habang pinapanagot yung mga ibang anomalya and issues sa bansa natin.
Ano yun hihintayin muna natin matuyo yung baha para i-solve yung ibang issues sa bansa at bago panagutin yung ibang politiko na nagkasala? ganun ba? baka lumubog na buong Pilepens pero malaya pa rin nagnanakaw yung mga yun. Or baka takot ka lang mag focus sa kanila kasi ayaw mo ng Accountability??

If guilty sila, ibig sabihin nabigyan ng accountability ang mga yan. masaya ang mga pilipino kasi may isang napatalsik or napakulong na corrupt
If proven not guilty? edi okay, good to know hindi sila corrupt.

Ang baba naman ng reading comprehension mo. Nag-aaral kaba? bigyan kita clue. Intindihin mo msg. ko na gusto magfocus sa bigger issue like flood control na wlang pang napanagot rather than attacking their enemies na ang kaso lang naman tumanggap ng GIFT.

In a complaint-affidavit dated May 18, Ombudsman field investigators recommended the indictment of Marcoleta, Defensor, Espiritu and Viray for plunder under Republic Act 7080 and for violating Presidential Decree No. 46, which prohibits public officials from receiving gifts.

Republic Act No. 7080 (The Plunder Law) criminalizes the amassing of "ill-gotten wealth," such as through receiving îllégâl gifts or kickbacks.
PPakibasa nalang:Investigators said the amount allegedly received by Marcoleta exceeded the P50-million threshold required for plunder charges.
“Respondent Marcoleta’s acceptance of gifts with an aggregate amount of P75 million on three separate occasions constitute the crime of plunder,” the complaint-affidavit read.
Investigators said the donations “can no longer be considered as an ordinary act of generosity but rather a corrupt act,” adding that “the acceptance of such manifestly excessive amount should not be normalized among public officers.”
Investigators also noted that the alleged P75-million donation was not reflected in Marcoleta’s statement of assets, liabilities and net worth submitted to the Senate as of June 30, 2025.
“The amount declared in his entry SALN in the Senate did not reflect the P75,000,000 worth of donations,” the complaint read.
