Pormal nang nagsampa ng kasong plunder ang Office of the Ombudsman laban kay Sen. Rodante Marcoleta sa Sandiganbayan.
Ang pagsasampa ng kaso ay alinsunod sa naunang timeline na inilahad ni Ombudsman Remulla na ngayong linggo ihahain ang reklamo laban sa senador.
