daym di ko kaya gnyan kadaming eggs haha rn dino double ko yung calorie intake ko pero pero not enough parin. like 4 meals nako per day 2 rice. plus chicken mostly for proteins.
 
ahhahah dilikado mas mauuna pa masira kidney mo kaysa sa lumaki katawan ko haha
PAps bakit hindi ka nalang kumuha ng protein sa foods? Mas better pa yung ganun kesa nag rely ka sa whey protein dami pa naman side effect niyan hahaha pero nasa sayo naman yan pera mo yan so Go.
 
dati ako sa sa whey and mass/ binibili ko pa timba timba, tinigil ko na laging bloated, tapos mag tatae pag na pasobra,, nag relay nalang ako sa foods, and creatine, mas na gustohan ko ung create dahil nag papa bulk ng muscle dahil sa water retention ,
