PHPromo Mechanics
I. Qualification:
The promo is open to all PNB-PAL Mabuhay Miles World Elite Mastercard.
II. Promo Offer and Period:
1. The promo is valid from November 3 to December 2, 2025.
2. Qualified cardholders are entitled to 50% OFF on total food bill for a minimum single receipt spend of P3,000.00 with a maximum discount of P5,000.00 every Monday and Tuesday at Maple Tree House.
III. How to Avail Discount:
1. To avail of the promo, the Cardholder must charge the total amount of the bill to his/her PNB card in a single-receipt transaction.
2. Valid in all branches.
IV. Terms and Conditions:
1. Valid for dine-in only.
2. Only 1 card per table may be used for dine-in.
3. The offer is NOT valid in conjunction with other discounts or other promos (no double discount).
4. All other fees pertaining to the transaction (e.g. service charge, taxes) will be shouldered by the cardholder.
5. Splitting of single transaction for the purpose of availing multiple discounts is prohibited.
6. Offers are not convertible to cash.
7. Private functions, parties and banquet sales are excluded from this promo. Consumable rate is not part of the promo.
8. This promotional offer cannot be exchanged for other items or discounts and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the Senior Citizen and Person with Disability can avail of the promotional discount, or the discount provided under the expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010 or Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher.
9. In the event that the Cardholder was able to claim the discount and was subsequently proven to have violated any of the promo mechanics and/or terms and conditions governing the use of his/her PNB Card, PNB reserves the right to charge the cost of the discount to the Cardholder’s Credit account.
10. All matters and disputes will be subject to the final decision of PNB and its partner merchant in concurrence with DTI, will be deemed final and irrevocable.
11. The Terms and Conditions governing issuance and use of PNB Credit Cards are incorporated herein by reference and made an integral part hereof.
