Promo Mechanics
1. The promo is open to cardholders of participating BPI Signature Cards whose accounts are active and in good standing.2. The Promo Period is from October 8, 2025 to November 7, 2025
3. To qualify for the discount, the cardholder must use his or her Participating BPI Signature Card to pay for his or her purchases at Merchant.
4. The offer is not transferable and cannot be converted to cash or credit. It may not be exchanged with any other product.

6. The cardholder shall review and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the Merchant.
a. BPI Signature Cardholders are entitled to 50% OFF on Lunch and Dinner Buffet (dine in transactions only) from Wednesday to Friday for a minimum of 5 full paying adults and maximum of 10 full paying adults per single transaction;
b. The offer is valid for dine-in only;
c. The discount is not applicable to beverages, other charges, or other Vikings Group promotions.
d. Only one (1) BPI Signature card per transaction per cardholder per table will be honored, regardless of the number of eligible cards a customer may have.
e. The discount/offer should be given instantly where the purchase was made.
f. Splitting a single transaction to avail of multiple discounts is prohibited. Splitting is defined as an intentional act of dividing transactions into multiple transactions to avail of multiple discounts.
g. For cardholders who exceed the maximum of 10 full paying adults per table but are able to form another group with at least 5 full paying adults, a different qualified BPI Signature Card under a different BPI Signature Cardholder shall be used to avail of the discount.
h. The discounted rate is inclusive of applicable taxes.

General Terms and Conditions
1. The cardholder agrees that should his or her purchase be found to be an act of fraud that he or she initiated, conspired or participated with another person or found to be fraudulent, the Bank shall have the right to charge the full amount of the transaction to his or her card inclusive of any discount availed or extended.2. Any dispute concerning the products and/or service/s related to the promo offer shall be settled directly between the Cardholder and Merchant with the concurrence of DTI.
3. The promo is not valid in conjunction with any ongoing promos of Merchant. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, in compliance to the Expanded Senior Citizen Act of 2010 (R.A. 9994) an Act Expanding Benefits and Privileges of Persons with Disability (PWD) (R.A. 10754), the senior citizen or PWD can avail of the promotional discount, or the discount provided under the said laws, whichever is higher, if applicable.
4. In the event of a dispute related solely to the Bank's processes and the customers' participation in this Promo, the Bank shall decide thereon/shall render a decision, with the concurrence of DTI, which shall be considered final within the context of this promotional offer. However, if the dispute involves the participating Merchant and its performance and/or delivery of products to customer, subject to the General Provisions set out above, the decision of the Bank and Merchant with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final. This resolution process does not preclude the customer from pursuing further legal remedies as provided by law.
5. Terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of BPI Credit Cards and reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips, and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable to this Promo
