Wifi namin ay Globe mga paps tas nung nag laro ako ng online games ay na feel ko talaga ang delay kaya nag speedtest ako at ayon na nga Globe yung IP address tas yung Server ay PLDT/Converge.... Paano to ma resolve mga paps?

That’s totally normal


When you run a speedtest, two things are shown:

1. Your ISP (Globe) – this is who provides your internet connection. That usually stays the same.
2. The test server – this can change depending on what Speedtest.net (or whatever tool you use) selects.

• Speedtest doesn’t always use a Globe server. It picks from a list of servers hosted by different companies (Globe, PLDT, Google, Converge, universities, etc.).
• These servers aren’t owned by your ISP—they’re volunteer or partner test servers placed in data centers.
• The test usually chooses the server closest to you geographically or with the lowest latency (ping).

So if you see Globe, PLDT, or Google as the server, it just means that particular server was used for the test. It doesn’t mean your ISP changed—your ISP is still Globe.
