wala akong religion kaya sasagutin kita using scientific explanations, all the claims you mentioned cannot be proven independently, the proof of those claims are always dependent on a testimony of a person which is very very much subjective, pero dito tayo sa scientific explanation, the basic unit of life na turo ng science is the "cell" and this cell is just a group of atoms in which their corresponding molecules have gained the ability to replicate itself for as long as the environment is favorable to such chemical reactions, pag sinabi kasing "death" it just simply means that the "self-replication" ability of these atoms have stopped and the cause is that the environment no longer supports such spontaneous chemical reactions, so life is just a matter of chemical reactions occurring spontaneously (which heavily depends on the environmental support), kaya pansin niyo mga astronomers lagi nilang chini-check ang environment (presence of water, sunlight, carbon etc.) to declare signs of life, so to answer your question, death is an end to the spontaneous chemical reactions but these atoms may participate in another spontaneous chemical reactions later as the environment dictates, so it is both an end and at the same time may also be a beginning

I see your point, granted na lahat ng tao capable of lying at may sariling intentions na sinasabi mo. Pero ang interesting kasi dito, yung mga near-death experiences na nirereport e madalas nangyayari sa mga pasyente na clinically brain-dead (flatline na) meaning halos wala nang conscious control or motive to invent a story. Kaya kung subjective testimonies lang diba, dapat iba-iba at random ang kwento? Pero ang nangyayari, may mga consistent patterns across cultures (tunnel of light, life review, meeting loved ones, etc.) kahit hindi magkakilala at galing pa sa iba’t ibang countries and religion.

Atheist kamo kung meron nakakarating sa heaven or heavenly state? Eh, diba, mga taoists or buddhists.....? Some perceived atheists daw sila but, kaya sila natawag na atheists dahil hindi siya katulad ng abrahamic religion like Islam, Christian and Judaism acts as human ang God nila na meron taga-punished or taga-judged... na gawa ng heaven, hell and earth.

Ang buddhism and taoism is more on philosophy kasi, though meron silang god or goddess - hindi siya katulad ng abrahamic beliefs na meron kilalaman na taga-saved at taga-punished.

Meron kilalaman sa kanila about cultivation or developing spirituality kung kaya, included sa kanila ang practice of meditation plus, philosophy like sa Taoism, ang kanila is meron sila itinatawag na the way of the "universe" or "Tao" kung tawagin.
