Finally! I won the case against PLDT via NTC mediation and they will not charge me on returning the Always On Modem after 5 painful months of rebooting my modem multiple times daily to get my speed of 1gbps that always get downgraded back to 100mbps only.
Now with that being said, last August 1 pinalitan modem ko. And ang modem ko na gamit ko ngayon is Huawei Optistar HG8145X6-10.
For now, okay na ang CGNAT removal, pati ung pag correct ng Telephone Number na naka connect sa modem ko since old telephone number ko ung detected and naging default.
I have requested kung pwede rin ba mag request ng bridge mode and ang sabi sa akin ng Level 2 technician is ako daw ung gagawa nun since Huawei ung ONT (via You do not have permission to view the full content of this post. Log in or register now.). Then nagbigay sya sa akin ng disclaimer na pag nag bridge mode daw ako, mawawala ung configuration ko daw sa Telephone Number leaving it not able to be used. Is this true? Or I can just proceed with bridging it?
I know the superadmin credentials already, I just want to confirm before proceeding.
