Hello Kris_18! It's great that you're already exercising and watching your food intake to achieve your weight loss goals. Here are some additional tips and ways that may help you in your journey to lose weight:

1. Monitor your calorie intake: Aside from reducing your food intake, try tracking your daily calorie consumption. Make sure you are in a calorie deficit, meaning you are burning more calories than you consume. You can use apps like MyFitnessPal to track your food and calorie intake.

2. Eat whole foods: Focus on eating whole, unprocessed foods like fruits, vegetables, lean proteins, and whole grains. These are generally lower in calories and more filling than processed foods.

3. Stay hydrated: Sometimes thirst can be mistaken for hunger. Make sure you're drinking enough water throughout the day. Water can also help you feel full and improve your metabolism.

4. Increase your protein intake: Protein is essential for building and repairing tissues, including muscles. It can also help you feel full longer, reducing your overall calorie intake.

5. Incorporate strength training: While cardio is great for burning calories, strength training can help build muscle mass, which can increase your metabolism. Plus, muscle takes up less space than fat, so you may see changes in your body composition even if the scale doesn't move much.

6. Get enough sleep: Lack of sleep can disrupt your hormones, including those that regulate hunger and fullness. Aim for 7-9 hours of quality sleep each night.

7. Manage stress: Chronic stress can lead to overeating or unhealthy food choices. Find ways to manage stress such as meditation, yoga, or spending time doing activities you enjoy.

Remember that weight loss is a gradual process and varies from person to person. It's essential to be patient with yourself and celebrate small victories along the way. Keep up with your healthy habits, stay consistent, and you'll see progress over time. Good luck on your weight loss journey!
