❓ Help Disabled Facebook account permanently

Guys pahelp nadisabled yung main account ko after ko mag appeal then nung gumawa ako ng new account after 1 and a half day nadisable na naman tas nung nag appeal ako after na after non ay disabled agad then same process parin hanggang sa maka apat na account na ko in total( all of those accounts got disabled PERMANENTLY, and then I have an IG so vinerified ko sya and I contacted the meta support to get an live agents and then wala din sila nagawa. What should I do plsss
