⬛ GOMO Physical Sim to eSim: Unknown Number

May nakasubok din ba sa inyo ng ganito, converting physical sim to esim ni gomo. Successfully converted at nagamit ko din yung esim, pero ang problema diko maactivate na yung RCS message na dati working naman sa physical sim, siguro di ko mactivate yung RCS dahil sa unknown number na yung esim, lahat naman gumagana call/text/data. Baka po may makatulong

It isn't because of your switch to eSIM. Unknown number has no bearing on RCS. It used to work before, but it isn't working now. And this applies to Gomo/TM as well, they are all under the Globe network.
