Hello po gusto ko po i convert po yung physical sim ko po to esim kaso po sa globe one app in sim services wala pong option na change sim po

opo yung physical sim po nasa lumang phone ko po, pero nag log in po ako sa globe one app thru sa bagong phone ko po esim supported po siya since pang esim lang po siya, pero still wala pong option sa globe one app to convert the sim po

Nawala nga sa option ng GlobeOne yung convert to esim yung physical sim. Gagawin ko sana esim yung isa kong sim eh kahit may bayad na 99 pesos.

Try to put your physical SIM on a different phone with an updated GlobeOne app. Make sure the PRIMARY PROFILE on the app is the mobile number of your physical SIM.
