Your Team
You will be working with a team of project managers, software engineers and software testers in ensuring the quality of the applications that we create.
You will be collaborating with the client’s business team to ensure functionalities are consistently assessed for quality.
You will be mentoring at least 1 Software QA Engineer

Your Responsibilities

• Execute the QA strategy, methodology, discipline, and framework.
• Create and review test deliverables
• Monitor QA activities, test results, leaked defects, root cause analysis, and identify areas of improvement.
• Gather and present testing metrics to key stakeholders.
• Perform basic QA tasks - test planning, test documentation, test execution, test reporting.
• Mentor junior Software QA Engineers.
• Participate in quality initiatives within Stratpoint.

About You
You are/have:

• Graduate of any computer-related course
• At least 2 years of working experience in Software Quality Assurance
• Solid understanding of the software development and quality assurance processes
• Familiar with working with integrated solutions
• Experience in mentoring, training, and guiding junior team members
• Able to conduct team presentations
