HOW TO CREATE PHILIPPINES PAYPAL WITHOUT REACTIONS

STEPS





TURN ON VPN , BELGIUM OR FRANCE





1. clear app data if you have used it before


2. on top right corner , change country to Philippines


3. Email : Chose a random 2 name email with domain @gmail.com or @live.com


eg :ahmed.hussein@gmail.com


4. Phone : a phone should start with 2 followed by random number to the end


5. Select password of your own.


6. Under verification documents


chose passport


passport number should start with A1000 followed by 7random numbers.





first name and second name choose the ones on email


then date of birth chose random 1990-1999





7. Address : start by typing any random numbers eg 777


select any then the option below


fill Philippines flags


8. On the step where you are choosing what the paypal is for


choose 'Get ρáíd'


do not confirm email ..skip it


and on part where you are supposed to add card skip it
