Help cisco meraki mr20 how to configure

ganito kasi, sa office namin nakalimutan na namin yung password ng CISCO MERAKI MR20 access point so di kami makaconnect using that access point. di rin po namin alam kung paano iconfigure yung router para sana mapalitan na namin yung SSID at WIFI password nung Modem.

baka may mga master jan na pwedeng tumulong salamat po

Note: yung CISCO MERAKI MR20 access point po pala is kasama po sa package ng PLDT nung nagpainstall kami.

Hi... most (all?) Cisco Meraki APs are cloud managed, i.e. your company should have a subscription for that service. You can try reaching out to Cisco/Meraki or their local dealer/representative, and give them the serial number of your access point/s. They might be able to help. You can potentially brute force reset it, but I don't know if you can get it to work without a subscription.

How big is your setup - how many APs? If Cisco/Meraki requires an ongoing subscription, you might want to consider replacing them with alternatives that don't require those. Ruckus Unleashed and Aruba Instant are both good options - better than Meraki IMO.

Dapat may binigay na Meraki account sa inyo ang PLDT para maconfigure nyo yung Meraki APs ninyo. Irequest nyo sa kanila na bigyan kayo ng account. Kung may IT kayo sa office baka nasa kanya yung account.
