ending rin kapag nag gaganun sya tatangalin ko sa case papalamigin ko ng ilang mins nakatapat sa e-fan

di rin naman 'to overuse kasi wala naman ako masyadong games na sobrnsg consuming

Based on the symptoms you described, it does sound like there might be a hardware issue with your Redmi Note 13 Pro 5G. Here are some possible reasons why your phone is hanging and rebooting:

1. Overheating: If your phone is overheating when using the camera or other apps, it can lead to performance issues and unexpected shutdowns. Overheating can be caused by a variety of factors, such as a malfunctioning cooling system or a faulty battery.

2. Software Glitch: While you mentioned that you have already performed a factory reset, there may still be underlying software issues causing the phone to hang and reboot. It's possible that a specific app or system process is triggering the problem.

3. Hardware Failure: As you suspected, there could be a hardware component that is failing, such as the processor, memory, or even the motherboard. Hardware issues can be more challenging to diagnose and repair compared to software issues.

To troubleshoot and potentially fix the issue, here are some steps you can take:

1. Update Software: Make sure that your phone's software is up to date. Check for any available system updates and install them to see if they address the problem.

2. Check for App Issues: Try using your phone in Safe Mode to see if a third-party app is causing the problem. If the issue doesn't occur in Safe Mode, it may be related to a specific app that you have installed.

3. Monitor Temperature: Use a temperature monitoring app to check if your phone is overheating during use. If it is, try to avoid using resource-intensive apps for prolonged periods.

4. Contact Customer Support: If the issue persists after trying these steps, it's best to contact Xiaomi's customer support or bring your phone to a certified service center for further diagnosis and repair. They will be able to assess if there is a hardware issue that needs to be addressed.

Remember to back up your important data before attempting any troubleshooting steps that may result in data loss. Hopefully, with proper diagnosis and repair, your Redmi Note 13 Pro 5G can be restored to normal functioning.
