PHMalacañang disclosed on Tuesday, Oct. 8 that Marcos has designated Executive Secretary Lucas Bersamin, Department of Justice (DOJ) Secretary Jesus Crispin Remulla, and Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR) Secretary Conrado Estrella III as the Philippine Government's caretaker.
