sa tingin ko po tower issues po yan. kasi ang latest tower ng smart nakakapag receive ng sms via 4G.
kung old 4G tower sa are makakareceive ka lang ng calls at text sa 3G only. sa area ko may VoLTE at sms via 4G pero may mga location na walang support ng VoLTE/SMS 4G
