Enable/Disable/Auto same lang, nababaliw nako..

Just for the record.. nainit naman yung PCB ng HDD pero parang hindi naikot😶 di ko marinig or feel.. by the way 04-- etc yung bios version, outdated sya.. 2011 yung time napinapakita nya tapos yung HDD ko naman 2015 ata... WD5000aakx.

Hello! Based on the information you provided, it seems like you are encountering issues with your HDD not being recognized by your motherboard after accidentally hitting the case while cleaning your desktop. Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot the problem:

1. Check HDD Connections: Make sure that the connections between your HDD and the motherboard are secure. Try reconnecting the SATA data and power cables to ensure a good connection.

2. Test the HDD: If possible, try connecting the HDD to another computer to see if it is recognized. This will help determine if the issue lies with the HDD itself or with the motherboard.

3. Update BIOS: Since you mentioned that your BIOS version is outdated, updating it might resolve compatibility issues with your HDD. You can download the latest BIOS version from the ASUS website and follow the instructions to update it.

4. Check BIOS Settings: In the BIOS settings, ensure that the SATA mode is set correctly (AHCI mode is typically recommended for modern HDDs). Also, check if the HDD is enabled in the boot priority settings.

5. Inspect the HDD: If the HDD was subjected to physical shock, there is a possibility that it may have been damaged internally. You can listen for any unusual sounds coming from the HDD when it powers on, as this could indicate a mechanical issue.

6. Data Recovery: If the HDD is not recognized and you suspect it may be damaged, you could consider seeking professional data recovery services to retrieve any important data stored on the drive.

If after trying these steps the issue persists, it may be a good idea to consult a technician for further diagnosis and repair. Good luck with resolving the problem!

1.try Boot format UEFI/CSM check mo po yun kasi yung nasa description na nag prompt compatibility..then disable the secure boot.
2. try mo po yung version ng bios kung match po sa OS na ilalagay po nila. update po di latest version yung MB na nabili
