❓ Help DaVinci Resolve Extras Download Manager - Download Failed

issue​

davinci resolve studio extras download manager keeps failing or getting stuck at 0% / 0 kb/s when downloading ai voice training and other ai models.

anyone else had this issue or found a fix?

my internet works normally for other large downloads.
