Hello! I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues with freezing during Windows installation or getting stuck in a restart loop. These kinds of problems can be frustrating, but there are a few more troubleshooting steps you can try to resolve the issue:

1. Check System Requirements: Make sure that your computer meets the minimum system requirements for the version of Windows you are trying to install. Inadequate hardware can cause installation issues.

2. Test Hardware: Run hardware diagnostics to check for any faulty components such as the SSD, RAM, or CPU. You can use tools like MemTest86 for RAM testing and CrystalDiskInfo for SSD health check.

3. Check Installation Media: If you are using a USB drive to install Windows, make sure it is not corrupted. Try creating a new bootable USB drive using the official Windows Media Creation Tool.

4. Update Drivers: Ensure that all your drivers, especially chipset and storage drivers, are up-to-date. Outdated drivers can cause compatibility issues during installation.

5. BIOS Settings: Reset your BIOS settings to default and make sure that the boot order is correctly set to prioritize the installation media.

6. Disconnect Non-Essential Hardware: Remove all unnecessary peripherals such as external drives, printers, or additional RAM sticks during the installation process.

7. Check for Overheating: Monitor your system temperatures to ensure that overheating is not causing the freezes. Clean out any dust from your PC and ensure proper airflow.

8. Try a Different Installation Method: If you are installing from a USB drive, try using a DVD instead, or vice versa. Sometimes changing the installation method can resolve the issue.

If none of these steps solve the problem, you may want to consider seeking help from a professional technician. They can perform more in-depth diagnostics to pinpoint the exact cause of the installation problems. Good luck, and I hope you get your PC up and running smoothly soon!
