How to fix update failed oppo a5s

hello how to downgrade oppo a5s CPH1909 I have the latest ρá†ch which is a.46 I want to downgrade it badly but everytime I tried installing from phone storage during recovery mode it says" the version is lower than current" ( can try on my sd card cause phone cant detect it during recovery mode also cant use it as internal, can be only used to store file pictures)

what's your custom recovery and its version?

try to flash it using adb sideload if you have a pc, make sure your firmware has a .zip file extension before proceeding.
