Hello, PHC Fam!

TYA

Di narin mare-receive yung notif from device since di na sya naka-login dun sa cp ko kasi nga nag hard reset akong cp.

Hello! I understand your concern about needing to remove the 2FA from your Facebook account after resetting your phone and losing access to the authentication method. Here are some steps you can take to try to regain access to your account:

1. Contact Facebook Support: You can try reaching out to Facebook's support team directly to explain your situation. They may ask you for some verification details to confirm your identity and help you regain access to your account.

2. Recover Account Using Trusted Contacts: If you have set up trusted contacts on your Facebook account, you can use their help to recover your account. Facebook will send codes to your trusted contacts, which you can use to access your account.

3. Use a Different Device: If possible, try logging into your Facebook account using a different device or computer. Sometimes changing the device can bypass the 2FA requirement.

4. Seek Professional Help: There are services and individuals who offer assistance with account recovery for a fee. Be cautious when seeking such services and ensure they are reputable and trustworthy.

5. Update Your Facebook Name: Since you mentioned your Facebook name is in a one-name format which may be causing issues with ID verification, you might consider updating your Facebook name to match your official ID if possible.

Remember to be cautious about sharing personal information and credentials with unknown sources. It's always best to try official channels first. Good luck with recovering access to your Facebook account!
