yes, baka ito yun, use setedit then allow the global table permission using adb para ma access mo siya, find development_settings_enabled edit value mo sa 2, di mo na kailangan e off dev. option para magamit si gcash, tsaka kailangan mo e edit ulit every restart ng phone kasi bumabalik sa 1
